Deleting old/complete to dos
Is this complete?
- Have the deliverables been completed?
- AND the client has signed off on them?
- (if we submit externally for client approval, we must then reply in Basecamp when they approve).
- Have any important documents been saved?
- Photos from events (with file paths)
What is complete?
- For DJD Lawyer PR usuals (social, web + eblast) like quotes/articles, we should be able to close it out once:
- design is complete
- copy is complete
- posted/scheduled on social
- uploaded to website
- sent/scheduled on email
- after the 1-2 day window for lawyers to opt their email list in
If yes, checking off falls on Project Manager
If you are not sure if it can be checked off, ALWAYS check with the Project Manager.
The Project Manager should be watching the task the whole way through, and it is their job to see when a task is complete and check it off.
