Breakdown
To-Do Lists - the most important feature!
You will probably use the to-dos for almost everything you do, so we suggest becoming very familiar with them!
When you click on your project, you will see a few “cards”, including To Dos, Message Board, Docs & Files, Schedule, and more.
To Do Card
This is where you can add to dos, and make various marketing requests.
To-Do Lists
By clicking into the “Review” folder on the above image, we can see the details of our list.
Here, you can add a description by clicking on the three dots on the top right and include any important information about this specific list.
Groups
You can also add groups, if you need to. Groups help you split up long to-do lists into sublists.
Each task has a short but unique name, is assigned to at least one person, and has a due date/range of due dates.
Docs & Files Card
Here, you can share any documents or files that we may need with us.
Chat Card
This feature allows you to send quick messages if you have a simple question or want to schedule a meeting with someone (you can also reach out via email/phone to connect).
Message Board Card
You can use the Message Board for more complex questions, important information or meeting notes.
General Guidelines
If you need to request changes to a current project, share those in the individual task under “comments”.
If you want to start a new project, design or request, create a new task under the appropriate folder.
